IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SHIPPING TO EUROPE
- Due to local shipping restrictions/laws, I no longer ship to the UK or Germany. All orders will be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
- If you are a customer from the EU, please note that you are required to pay VAT taxes to receive your package. This tax is not included in the amount charged by my store.
SWITCHING TO UNTRACKED SHIPPING
- Untracked shipping is only eligible for orders containing only flat items (stickers, 4x6 and 5x5 prints). Charms, bigger print sizes, etc are NOT eligible due to how they get shipped out.
- If you believe your order is eligible and want discounted untracked shipping, please type "untracked shipping" in the purchase note OR e-mail me at [email protected] with your order number. If eligible, I will refund the difference in shipping.
- Note that if you switch your order to untracked shipping, it will NOT be eligible for returns/refunds. These are sent with the bare minimum packing and may be more prone to damage during shipping, although I do my best to mitigate that!
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
I only process returns/refunds if:
- You paid for tracked shipping
- Product is damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items/quantities were delivered
- Your order never arrived (after at least 1 month for US orders or 3 months for international orders, with tracking)
If you believe your order is eligible for a return, e-mail me at [email protected] with any applicable evidence. I reserve the right to decline any return/refund requests.
Refunds will have the processing fee subtracted from it.
If an order must be re-sent, you will be charged the shipping fee.

Q: Where are you from? Where do you ship?
I'm from California, USA. I can ship to most places. See above for restrictions. If you do not see shipping available for your country at checkout, feel free to email or DM me and I can most likely add it.
Q: What are your shipping prices?
$5-$12.50 depending on items purchased & location
Untracked shipping would be $1.50 - $2.50 (stamped letter mail).
