INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- If you are an overseas customer, please note that you may be required to pay additional taxes/fees to receive your package. This is not included in the amount charged by my store.
- If I for any reason am unable to ship packages to your country, you will be refunded and notified by email. Credit card processing fees may be deducted from the amount refunded. Apologies for any inconveniences.
SWITCHING TO UNTRACKED SHIPPING
- Untracked shipping is only eligible for orders containing only small flat items (stickers, small prints). Charms, medium print sizes, etc are NOT eligible due to how they get shipped out.
- If you believe your order is eligible and want discounted untracked shipping, please type "untracked shipping" in the purchase note OR e-mail me at [email protected] with your order number. If eligible, I will refund the difference in shipping (minus a small card processing fee).
- Note that if you switch your order to untracked shipping, it will NOT be eligible for returns/refunds. These are sent with the bare minimum packing and may be more prone to damage during shipping, although I do my best to mitigate that!
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
I only process returns/refunds if:
- You paid for tracked shipping
- Product is damaged upon arrival (Note that I do not take responsibility for any damages caused by mail carrier services)
- Incorrect items/quantities were delivered
- Your order never arrived (after at least 1 month for US orders or 3 months for international orders, with tracking)
If you believe your order is eligible for a return/refund, e-mail me at [email protected] with any applicable evidence. I reserve the right to decline any return/refund requests.
Refunds will have the processing fee subtracted from it. I reserve the right to only provide only partial refunds depending on the situation.
If an order must be re-sent, you will be re-charged the shipping fee.

USA: $7.00 tracked / $2.00 untracked
CANADA: $15.00 tracked / $3.00 untracked
EVERYWHERE ELSE: $17.00 tracked / $3.00 untracked
